The money factor
Personally this is a work of passion and if it materializes that will be my payment. However as this becomes a reality a structure of some sort may be needed. I'm thinking a simple points system that assigns credit for content created.
When it comes to it, the finances of this organization will be completely transparent and visible online. So we can take the profit, divide it by the total points given out, and that will be each points worth for that month/quarter.
Or, we can all work as volunteers and donate profits to buy carbon credits or to charities that are in-line with our purpose.
Either way when the time comes i think we should decide in the spirit of a direct democracy.
